TAKE IT TO THE TOWER:
Foundations and Flows!
Sunday, June 14th, 9:00-11:00am (Los Angeles)
The incredible Carrie Pages is here to unlock the full potential of the tower by reconnecting with the matwork and exploring its powerful application to the tower or springboard. In this dynamic, movement-focused workshop, we’ll examine how the matwork AND MORE is perfect to supplement, assist, and challenge using the tower. Carrie will also share some creative sequences to plug and play in your classes and with clients.
Through practice, discussion, and observation, we will learn how to bring the tower of POWER into your teaching with functional training and modern daily activity demands. This workshop is appropriate for all levels of clients and instructors. Whether you’re training athletes, special populations, or aiming to deepen your own understanding of the Pilates tower as a performance system, this workshop will equip you with tools to refine your teaching and amplify results.
Workshop Objectives:

· Apply creative “plug-and-play” tower sequences that can be immediately implemented in group classes and private sessions.

About Carrie Pages
I’m a full-time Pilates instructor and lifelong mover who’s passionate about helping other teachers stay inspired, avoid burnout, and love what they do again.
I started my Pilates journey the scrappy way—sneaking into a tiny basement studio at the North Carolina School of the Arts where I was training to be a professional ballet dancer. I had no formal Pilates training at the time… just some posters on the wall and a whole lot of curiosity. That curiosity turned into a full-blown obsession.
After dancing led to injury (and a major identity shift), I quit dancing, shifted gears, and went all-in on Pilates. I earned my full comprehensive certification through PilateSystems with Colleen Glenn and Karen Sanzo. In 2002, I opened Wilmington’s very first Pilates studio—In Balance Pilates Studio—with one reformer, zero clients, and a dream to change lives with Pilates.
