This is a 4 module program designed to help you succeed and grow with FUNctional biomechanics and practical and unique MVMT strategies to take into your moving environments right away.

This course can be attended in person OR virtual during 2023 dates.

We will be in touch with a welcome email shortly. The Zoom link and handout will be emailed for each module 24 hours in advance. You have access to the recording from 6 months after the date of each session, and the PPT is yours to KEEP!

Reminder - Can't make it live, don't fret, the recording of each session will load into each week within 48 hours of conclusion.
