You know that exercise you can’t seem to do even though you’ve been doing Pilates for a long time? What about the one your client’s can’t seem to accomplish, and you can’t figure out why they can’t get it? Or you can’t figure out the words to each an exercise? Maybe you don’t really know what the details actually are so it’s always a little “flubby”? It's frustrating to feel like you don’t understand what’s going on or how to help! That’s what this workshop is about!
You pick the exercises we should work on in this workshop! Let’s pull them apart and understand what they are and what’s going on when your client (who might be YOU) can’t do them! We need to really know the details of each exercise, how each body part needs to move, what needs to engage to make that movement and what to cue to make it happen! Not to mention modifications or other exercises that help our clients develop the ability to get the exercise in the future if it is not time for them to execute it today.
Come join Shari Berkowitz and put some puzzle pieces together in this 90-minute Classtermind. Once you register, you’ll be sent to a form to submit your exercise of interest (feel free to choose mat, reformer or apparatus) so we can discuss together!
